Frequently asked questions

We understand you may have A LOT of questions, so we have made a list of the most common ones. If you have any further questions that were not answered here, please contact us at (204) 294-1655 or mylittleboler@gmail.com.

1. What is the location and the pick up / drop off times?

Pick up and drop off at 1480 Springfield Rd, Winnipeg, MB R2C 2Z2.

PICK UP is between 5:30pm - 7:00pm. *By appointment only*

*We do offer night before pickup IF boler is available, that way you can leave whenever you want the next day*

DROP OFF is at 2pm. There is a 30 min grace period. This is very important to note as we will charge a $50 late fee after the 30 min grace period. We need to get the trailer ready for the next pickup.

***Please note that you cannot pick up nor drop off a trailer on Saturday. However, you can include Saturday in your booking!***

If you require special arrangements please contact us at (204) 294-1655

2.The most famous question - CAN MY CAR TOW IT!?

YES! If your car has a hitch and wiring, your car can tow it! Our Bolers weight between ~900Lbs to ~1300lb. Please check the listing to see the approximate weight of each trailer. We have had honda civics and mini suvs pull these every weekend! If you have never pulled a trailer before, do not be afraid, these are very easy to drive with!

3. What do I need to pull the trailer?

You will need either a 1 7/8 inch hitch ball OR 2-inch hitch ball. Check the listing to see what each Boler requires. You will also need either 4-pin wiring OR 7-pin wiring, check the listing to see what each Boler requires. We will show you how to exactly load and unload the trailer, which is super easy!

4. What is the Return Policy?

We understand that things come up and plans change which is why we have a very flexible return policy as follows:

- Cancel three weeks (21 days) before pickup date = 100% refund(minus a 3% transaction fee)

- Cancel between 21 and 14 days before pickup date = 50% refund (minus a 3% transaction fee)

- Any cancellations made within two weeks of pickup = 0% refund

5. How does insurance work?

The vehicle you are towing the trailer with MUST be insured. Each trailer is insured and in the case of damages, you would pay the damages or pay the $750 deductible. We do offer insurance for $20 a day that covers you in case of any accidents, in or outside the camper. This insurance is purchased upon pickup.

6. What can I expect upon pickup?

Upon pickup you will be greeted by a fellow Bolorite. He or she will give you a tour of the boler and show you how everything works. They will then assist you and show you how to hitch the trailer to your vehicle and unhitch it. You will also sign a rental agreement and provide the $200 cash deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded to you once the trailer is returned in the same condition.

7. Long weekend bookings

For long weekends, you must book the entire long weekend. For example, if the holiday falls on Monday, you would need to book 3 nights from Friday to Monday.

8. Are pets allowed?!!!!

Yes.....BUT... ALL pet hair MUST be cleaned off ALL cushions. If we need to clean the pet hair upon return inspection we will hold a $50 charge to clean and wash the cushions. We find that a lint roller works great to get it off or protect the cushion where your pet will sit to minimize hair left on cushions.

9. How come Saturday is booked off?

We do not do pickups or drop-offs on Saturdays. You can still book through a Saturday but not on. For example, you CAN book Friday to Sunday, but you CANNOT book Saturday to Monday.

10. What isn't included that you might need?

Things you might need that aren't included are:

  • Propane tank- if you want to cook inside.
  • regular 120v Extension cord- if you have an electric site and want power inside the boler.
  • Bedding
  • Cooking utensils
  • An electric fan (if you have an electric site)
  • Hose-if you have water on your site and want to use the sink
  • Underwear(what ever you are into)

11. What kind of connectors do I need at my campsite?

This is your responsibility to know what kind of electrical and water hook-up your campsite offers. To connect power to the Boler, you need a regular 120V extension cord. To connect water, you need a regular garden hose.

*Depending on the campsite booked, you may need adapters*
